In addition, these courses are designed to be paperless. There will not be any syllabus presented in paper form. Each student is required to obtain an email address and to email Professor Feliciano the first week with their email address. Remember this semester is the first time I will be using a a new Web program called Blackboard to enhanced the format for teaching all classroom courses. In order to complete your course it will be necessary to sign on the Blackboard via the Virtual College.
